The company owns 2 subsidiaries, namely UNIVERSAL STAINLESS & ALLOY PRODUCTS(TAIZHOU)INC., SOHO METALS & MINERALS(SINGAPORE)PTE LTD., and cooperation with Wuhan TEMO Welding Consumables Co., Ltd., Nanjing Pacific United Welding materials Co., Ltd., Anqiu San Kin Yip Dengfeng Welding Material Co., Ltd., Tianjin Sohokim Galvanized Welded Pipe Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Zhenya Special Screw Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Nan Steel Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Xinyu Steel Co., Ltd. Shangdong Rizhao Steel Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Longchuan Seamless Pipe Co., Ltd.
Products are approved by nine classification societies such as CCS, LR, ABS, GL, DNV, NK, BV, KR, RINA, besides those are certified by CE, DB, TUV, and successively awarded with ISO9001-2008, GJB9001b-2009 quality management system certification, ISO/14001:2004 quality management system certification.
